Auf Einladung von BP Europa präsentierte Dr. Johannes Bohnen das von ihm entwickelte Konzept der „Corporate Political Responsibility“ vor Unternehmensvertretern. Ausgangspunkt seiner Überlegungen ist, dass Unternehmen längst politische Akteure sind, durch Verbände, Repräsentanzen oder den direkten Kontakt von Einzelunternehmen. Daraus erwächst eine politische Verantwortung, die jedoch im eigenen Geschäftsinteresse wahrgenommen werden kann. Dafür hat BKP u.a. 4 Handlungsfelder und einen politischen Leitbildworkshop entwickelt.

Following an invitation from BP Europa Dr. Johannes Bohnen presented his concept of „Corporate Political Responsibility“ (CPR) to representatives of various companies. CPR is based on the notion that companies are already political actors due to their political engagement through associations and other forms of representation. The resulting political responsibility can be fulfilled in accordance with business interest and enhance the competitiveness of a firm. To this end, BKP developed four specific fields of action for companies and a workshop to identify the corporate vision of a company.
