In der März-Ausgabe des Magazins „gazette“, herausgegeben vom Verband der Deutsch-Amerikanischen Clubs e.V. (VDAC), erscheint ein Artikel über die gemeinnützige Atlantische Initiative e.V. (AI), deren Gründer und Vorstand Dr. Johannes Bohnen ist. Der Titel „Außenpolitik für Alle!“ ist zugleich das Motto der AI. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, das Nachdenken über Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik in die Mitte der Gesellschaft zu rücken. Für ihre Verdienste um die außenpolitische Debatte wurde die AI mit mehreren Preisen ausgezeichnet und von der FAZ als das „Facebook für Außenpolitik“ bezeichnet.

In the March issue of the magazine "gazette", published by the Federation of German-American Clubs e.V., an article about the Atlantic Initiative e.V. (AI) appears. Dr. Johannes Bohnen is the founder and chairman of the AI. The title "Foreign Policy for All!" is also the motto of the AI, whose mission it is to provide a forum for participation in foreign and security policy to all citizens. For its contributions to the debate on foreign policy, the AI has been awarded several prizes and was described as the "Facebook of Foreign Policy" by the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine.
