At the invitation of Professor Dr. Timo Meinhardt, holder of the Dr. Ahrend Oetker Chair of Business Psychology and Leadership at HH Leipzig, Johannes Bohnen presented the CPR concept on April 13, 2022. The main question was to what extent central theses of the management legend Peter Drucker are compatible with the CPR approach. The short answer, also from numerous PHD students researching Drucker is: Very! Two quotes from Drucker underscore this finding:
“The Corporation is not only an economic tool,
but as a social institution it is also a political tool.”
“Managers will increasingly have to learn that in turbulent times they have to be leaders and integrators in a pluralist society. The manager in other words will have to learn to create the ‘issues’ to identify both the social concern and the solution to it.”
This means in the upcoming months there is more to come!
