On the 14th and 15th of November 2019, Dr. Johannes Bohnen participated in the third German CSR Communication Congress in Osnabrück. In a
panel discussion on the topic "Get involved! Political positioning as part of CSR communication", he presented Corporate Political Responsibility (CPR) - his approach to corporate socio-political responsibility. In a discussion moderated by Prof. Dr. Große-Ophoff with Silke Stremlau (Chairman of Hannoversche Kassen), Gottfried Härle (Managing Director of Brauerei Clemens Härle), and Dr. Hubertus Hess-Grunewald (President of SV Werder Bremen), Bohnen discussed why companies should take a public stance.
On the sidelines of the congress, Dr. Bohnen explained in a short interview why he introduced the CPR term to the debate on corporate responsibility.
